Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a waiting list?
At present, no, I do not have a waiting list! This means that an appointment will be arranged as soon as is mutually convenient.
How long will my child need physiotherapy for?
Some children may benefit from regular (e.g. weekly) input, however some children may be assessed and then provided with a home activity programme, which can then be reviewed and progressed at a follow up appointment.
Where will my appointment take place?
Wherever you feel that your child will be most comfortable! Appointments can be clinic based at Pitter Patter Clinic, St. Helens, but I also see children in their own homes, or at school / nursery.
Can my child receive private physiotherapy at the same time as NHS input?
Yes! Private physiotherapy can be accessed whilst awaiting or alongside NHS input. If your child receives NHS input I will always gain your consent to liaise with other professionals, in order to discuss treatment and goals.

Testimonials
Mrs H
"Faye came out to see my 4 month old daughter who has torticollis. She was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and gave me all the right exercises and stretches to be working on with her. I would highly recommend! Thank you!"
Mrs S
"Faye’s years of experience with children really show. My 10 year old daughter was a little anxious before the appointment, but Faye quickly put her at ease with her friendly but professional nature. After a thorough consultation we now have a programme of stretching and strengthening exercises to work through, and will definitely be recommending Faye to friends."
Mr & Mrs Brown
"We went to Faye as our 9 month old daughter was commando crawling, dragging her right leg and standing on her tip toes. Faye was very professional and explained her assessment from start to finish. We we're given daily exercises to do, and within 2 weeks we had a crawling baby, standing with flat feet. Faye was always there for support when we needed it. We can't thank her enough, she's an absolute star!!"
Sarah
Faye has helped me to understand my injury and why it happened and she talks to me in a way that I can understand. Her treatment has given me a lot more confidence in my leg and I can dance again now! She has made a big difference in my life. And she is fun!
